The Teacher-Heart
There is a unique joy in teaching, a deep fulfilment that comes from guiding young minds toward their future. Reflecting on my own journey, I cherish my parents and great teachers who encouraged, drove, corrected, and brought out the best in me from primary school to this day. Many of them have inspired my passion for teaching. My heart has always been with my students, helping shape their journey as they evolve into the medical professionals they aspire to be. Currently, I am away from their classroom floor and immersed in personal upskilling. Despite the importance of this time, I miss my students and the vibrant energy of our shared learning experiences. Teaching is more than a profession; it’s a calling that resonates deeply within me. I miss the moments in class, when my students arrive at answers, their faces lighting up with the joy of discovery.
